This insertion order represents confirmation of the agreement between advertiser and Outer Banks Day Tripper. Deadline to commit with payment is due on or before November 1st, 2020. Outer Banks Day Tripper reserves the right to refuse advertisements on the basis of content or quality of production and assumes no liability for statements or claims made in advertising copy, or for copyright infringement of images, logos or material within ads. Advertisements that contain what is considered to be false, illegal, offensive or libelous information are not permitted. If your ad is not received by December 1st, 2020, your ad will not be included in the Advertiser. Ads will be used as submitted print quality is dependent on meeting printing guidelines stated above.
